Spend your vacation by the sea in a standalone house reserved just for you! Enjoy our house in an unique, exclusive location with a beautiful terrace facing the sea under pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetatio. Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 40 m2 with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, dining area and a beautiful terrace.

Villa Luka je privatna kuća koja se sastoji od tri kata,u mogućnosti je primiti 15 gostiju.Ima 3 potpuno opremljene kuhinje,5 spavaćih soba s velikim bračnim krevetima,jednu i s dodatnim krevetom za jednu osobu,tri kauča na razvlačenje na kojima može spavati sveukupno 6 osoba,4 kupaonice,tri terase s pogledom na more.Bazen pripada vili i ima 42 m2,a prostire na 200 m2 vanjskog prostora,ima i terasu s pogledom na more.Plaža je udaljena nekoliko minuta hoda od vile.

Soba Old town - novo uređeno

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. For those who like clubbing, one of the greatest Croatian disco clubs Aurora Primošten is just 5 minutes away by car.

Smještaj je u autentičnom dalmatinskom selu.. Tko želi nešto takvo dobro došao je kod nas... 😉soba je na katu koja nema balkon ali gost može sjediti i uživati u dvorištu koje je odmah ispred sobe.Sobu i kupaonu ne dijelite s nikim.Imat ćete mogućnost odlaska na plažu gdje imamo privat parking.Selo je udaljeno 900 metara od mora i na 85 nadmorske visine...i zbog toga ja uvijek idem s autom jer je naporno po vrućini vraćanje do smještaja...
