Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht, ruime badkamer met douche en bad of ga op avontuur met de kano de polder in. Het Weidehuisje voelt als een afgelegen privé paradijs, maar ligt verrassend centraal in Noord-Holland. Of je nu wil fietsen, wandelen, vissen, vogels spotten, dorpen ontdekken of gewoon even helemaal niets doen. Dit is de plek waar je op adem komt.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Fietsen en kanoëns aanwezig. Romantic country garden house looking out over meadows, with large porch. Endless view, amazing sunsets. Nature area with birds. Deluxe kitchen, garden, free parking, excellent wifi. Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
