Unser Chalet Obenland liegt auf dem Sonnberg über dem Ort Bramberg am Wildkogel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Sobald wir aus dem Fenster schauen, fühlen wir uns mit der Natur verbunden. Über viele Jahre haben wir uns in diesem Stück Paradies immer wieder neu verliebt: beim Skifahren, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Paragliding, Smaragde-Schürfen, an den größten Wasserfällen Europas in Krimml... Wildkogel-Arena ca. 5 Min, Ski-Gebiet Kitzbühel ca. 15 Min. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun ca. 25 Min.

Ski in-ski out, im Winter von der Haustür direkt zur Piste und wieder retour. Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großzügiger Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmern, getrenntem Badezimmer & WC, einer großen Terrasse und Skiraum, macht den Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit besonders. A historical building as an alpine chalet in 1606 Lots of space in the alpine chalet with 200 m² of living space for up to 12 people On the ground floor: 2 family rooms with bathroom & 2 double rooms with bathroom and stone pine sauna. On the upper floor there is the living area with 45m ² of usable space and has a cozy corner bench that can accommodate 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils. We are available for an individual offer.

Chalet Wolfbachgut

Chalet Wolfbachgut is located in Taxenbach and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The furnishings have been designed with great attention to detail, trying to preserve the traditional and combine the old with the modern. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest toilets and thus offers space for 17 people.
