Welcome to my little cottage in the city. The house was built in 1926 but has been fully remodeled with modern style, while keeping the charm of an older home. Even though it's close to everything Tampa has to offer, it still has the feeling of that little, quiet neighborhood near the river. This is my get away home. I love the front porch to sit on with a cold beverage and watch neighbors stroll by walking their dogs. The river park is very close by which is a nice walk from the cottage.

This turn of the century treasure from a bygone era will transport you to the past. This rustic cottage is located on Lake Chapman in the heart of Lutz. The house was built in 1905 and moved to this location. It is a unique antique house. It is an adventure that may seem like glamping to some, but you can relax and put your feet on the furniture! Some guests report a strong sulfur odor from the well water, but that is common for the area. Welcome to the Papaya Lake House family!
