This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The chalet is located in a small village in the alps, sorrounded by lawns and woods. You can't miss this place and its beautiful panorama. My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Baita dell'Est e' ubicata a Possabella, frazione di Mese a soli 5 km dalla bellissima Chiavenna,alle porte della Valle Spluga e Val Bregaglia a soli 50km da St Moritz e 40 dal Lago di Como. Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
