Two Comfy Private Rms - True B&B near Zion

You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath, plus access to a 1/2 bath off the entry, if needed. 1 The Cowboy room -12X22ft, has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room -12X16ft, has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

We are a traditional BnB, Our home is located 3/4 of a mile to the entrance of Zion National Park. We're situated on 2.5 acres of lawn & desert landscaping that offer stunning views up the canyon walls from any one of our many balconies and sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos, fruit and coffee to fuel your day of hiking. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

Our great room coffee/tea center has a Keurig that is available to you 24/7. And, for your convenience, each room has its own designated refrigerator in the guest kitchen. Breakfast service has been discontinued since Covid but the guest kitchen is stocked with some breakfast items for you.
