Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Het Sparrowhouse biedt veel privacy. U heeft een eigen badkamer en keuken. Een privé tuin staat tot u beschikking met uitzicht over de weilanden, de Broekervaart en aan de skyline ziet u Amsterdam. 2 fietsen staan gratis tot uw beschikking. Ons appartement is een nieuw (geopend op 1 september 2020) luxe en sfeervol gastenverblijf met een eigen entree, een terras aan de slaapkamer en een heerlijk bankje voor de deur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
