Bellavista Mansarda

Mansarda finemente arredata e dotata di ogni comfort. Sul terrazzo riservato a questo appartamento, trovate un tavolo per prima colazione, sedie con comodi cuscini, sdraio, ombrellone e vista lago a 180°. Il giardino ha un prato e barbecue riservati, dove c'è posto anche per le vostre attrezzature sportive. Il parcheggio è gratuito come anche la TV satellitare e l'utilizzo del WIFI. Questo è proprio il posto Ideale per una vacanza rilassante, per gli amanti dello sport in acqua e in montagna..

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

La baita nel frutteto: Appartamento Mora

Perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dalla vita frenetica della città. In caratteristica Baita in legno e sasso appartamento dotato di tutti comfort. Immerso nella natura incontaminata delle Alpi Orobie, a 15 minuti di auto da Morbegno, e dagli impianti di sci di Pescegallo, a 35 minuti da Lecco, 1,5 ore da Milano. Totalmente circondati dalla natura con una splendida vista sul Ghiacciaio del Monte Disgrazia. E' raggiungibile esclusivamente a piedi a 10 minuti dalla strada provinciale.

Accogliente, confortevole, luminoso appartamento nel cuore della Valtellina e delle Alpi, perfettamente e completamente arredato e accessoriato. Silenzioso, immerso nel verde di boschi e coltivazioni. Gode di una fantastica vista sulle montagne e panorama sulla valle. Infinite possibilità di escursioni nei boschi, vicino ai laghi , ghiacciai, pista ciclabile. In inverno si scia, a 20 min. da Aprica, Valmalenco e Teglio. In 50 min. si raggiunge l'Engadina, Bormio, Livigno, Val di Mello.

Meine Unterkunft bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten für Wanderer, Boulderer, Biker, Familien oder Leute, die Entspannung und Wellness suchen. In 2 Gehminuten ist man im Dorfkern und somit beim öffentlichem Verkehr. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase. Der Blick direkt in die Berge und in die Natur ist wunderschön. Viel Holz und edle Materialien machen die Wohnung zu einem Bijou. Holzböden, ein Schwedenofen, 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 Badezimmer 1 x mit Dusche WC, 1 x mit Bad/Dusche/WC. Küche mit Induktionsherd, Nespresso Maschine und vieles mehr gehören zum Standard. Der eigene Parkplatz verfügt über eine Ladestation für E Autos (kostenpflichtig).

Sonnige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Kinder und verträgliche Haustiere willkommen. 4 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Küche und Badezimmer mit Badewanne/WC. Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

The chalet is located in a small village in the alps, sorrounded by lawns and woods. You can't miss this place and its beautiful panorama. My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. Exclusive and quiet location to discover a real and clean contact with nature without giving up comfort. There will be a gift for you: organic products made by our farm Azienda Agricola Agneda, the best way to experience Valtellina's flavors.

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.
