Lake view - 3.5 rooms, close to Zurich center

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant is in the same building as the apartment. Grocery stores 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a comfortable queen size bed and a big modern closet. On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Auf die andere Seeseite kommst Du bequem mit der Auto-Fähre in Meilen. Du kannst bei mir Deinen Urlaub oder Seminar-/ und Tagungsstage in angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen. Auch nur für eine kurze Auszeit findest Du bei mir ausreichend Ruhe und Erholung.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This place is well suited for those who like it calm and quiet, close to nature. Free on-premises parking spot available. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house. There is no TV and no elevator but the place is perfect to relax, access the great outdoors or get some online work done.
