One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.
