I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. We’ll get know each other while enjoying a good coffee and a local sweet. You’ll discover the SECRETS of the authentic Italian HOMEMADE PASTA.  We’ll use vegetables and aromatic herbs picked up from my lovely garden and extra virgin olive oil from very local groves. We’ll have FUN KNEADING and cutting 3 different pasta , TAGLIATELLE, LASAGNETTE and RAVIOLI. We’ll cook three typical Italian regional sauces for a ‘Taste travel around Italy’ through homemade pasta. For you dessert, we’ll prepare together the authentic Italian TIRAMISU’. You will discover the best of Italian cuisine between tradition and innovation. I’ll introduce you to high-quality Italian ingredients and suggest you where to buy the best local foods. I’ll give you RECIPES part of my Italian gastronomic culture as a Gastronome and my family treasure. At the end of the Cooking Class, we'll toast to the good job with an Italian APERITIVO and a bruschetta on the terrace by the lake. We'll start with the incredible Arena, a Roman amphitheater older than the Colosseum and still used today! Then, we'll continue along Via Mazzini, where most tourists notice the beautiful shops, but where we'll notice details and unique stories. We will then enjoy the lively Piazza Erbe, with its market and its picturesque buildings, and Piazza dei Signori, considered "the living room of Verona" for its elegance. In its buildings you can read all the history of Verona: the remains of the Roman city, the first 12th century Romanesque town hall, the first residence of the Scala family (XIV century), the 15th century Loggia di Frà Giocondo, the lions of San Marco placed by the Venetians when the city was annexed to the Serenissima and then chiseled away by Napoleon's troops, the Statue of Dante erected to reaffirm our Italian culture and language in the Austrian era, and finally the entry into the kingdom of Italy: all the history of Verona enclosed in this single Piazza! After having also seen the Scala family Tombs (the monumental tombs of the Lords of Verona), we'll pass to the neighboring medieval inner courtyards, as suggestive as only the ancient corners can be, and we'll finally end with the famous Casa di Giulietta, with its balcony and the statue of Juliet, among the most visited single monuments in the whole world. Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

Are you passionate about mountains and would like to reach more demanding heights? Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Here I will tell you more about the story of Romeo and Juliet and how the tradition of the letters to Juliet started. After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Becoming Juliet’s Secretaries can really be one of the most thrilling and moving experiences in the matter of love and will help to support this unique tradition.

Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. Per i bambini sotto i 14 anni (età minima per partecipare) è proponiamo l’''esperienza in carrozza’’ in famiglia.

Corte Odorico è una piccola realtà familiare che comprende l’azienda agricola, una cantina e due appartamenti ad uso turistico. Attraverso il percorso di degustazione, la nostra intenzione è di farvi immergere nella storia della nostra famiglia e della Valpolicella classica. Il tour inizia con il mostrarvi i vigneti che circondano Corte Odorico, di nostra proprietà da tre generazioni, da cui ricaviamo i nostri vini. Il tour prosegue con la visita all’essicatoio e alla cantina, per raccontarvi della tecnica di appassimento e dell’affinamento in botte, tecniche che rendono i vini della Valpolicella unici. Infine, ci sposteremo nella sala di degustazione, ottenuta da un connubio di materiali naturali quali tufo, legno e ferro. In our Organic Estate Winery, we offer Wine Experiences and Wine Tours among olive groves and BIO vineyards, to learn more about the process of selection, picking and processing grapes. The tour begins with a visit to a BIO vineyard, where you will get to know more about the geomorphologic, water and climatic characteristics of the Marano Valley and the principles of an ORGANIC cultivation. Possibility of a walk among vineyards, olive trees, spontaneous woods, up to the LE BALZE vineyard, (where Amarone RISERVA Le Balze is born). It follows the visit to Corte Vaona in Novaia, with its historic wine cellar, used for wine ageing. Con noi imparerai l’antica arte dell’impasto e le principali preparazioni tradizionali, dalla pasta corta a quella lunga. Imparerai così a realizzare ricette tipiche intramontabili. Ti insegneremo a stendere la pasta con la classica tecnica, completamente manuale, e attraverso l’utilizzo della sfogliatrice a mano. Ti sveleremo inoltre i segreti per un primo piatto perfetto con sughi della tradizione. Ciò che realizzerai con le tue mani durante il corso, lo potrai degustare con i vini tipici del territorio che ci circonda, come il Bardolino Classico e il Chiaretto. Entra nella nostra casa, respira l’atmosfera della cucina italiana e portala con te, una volta rientrato a casa, per stupire i tuoi ospiti! Ich nehme Dich mit zu einer wunderschönen, kurzweiligen Wanderung inmitten des Latemar-Gebietes, mit umwerfendem Panorama, abwechlungsreichen Wegen und Steigen. Komm mit mir und lass Dich verzaubern von den mächtigen Bergen der Dolomiten.

La vostra esperienza inizia dal cancello della nostra proprietà, dove tramite una strada di ghiaia, sarete sin da subito immersi tra i vigneti. Arrivati a Corte Odorico, sarete accolti da un membro della nostra famiglia e dai nostri cani, che con le loro code e richieste di coccole rappresentato il più caldo comitato di benvenuto. Da qui, cammineremo insieme tra i vigneti, dove vi racconteremo delle tecniche di coltivazione e vendemmia della Valpolicella Classica, tutte rigorosamente eseguite a mano. A seguire vi spiegheremo le nostre tecniche di vinificazione, e vi mostreremo le zone di appassimento delle uve, e quella di affinamento dei nostri vini Ripasso e Amarone. Assieme, andremo poi nella zona del vigneto che abbiamo allestito appositamente per voi: un tavolo imbandito di prodotti locali, ed un assaggio dei nostri vini, ed una coperta da picnic con dei comodi cuscini, per rilassarvi in mezzo alla natura e alle nostre vigne. Nel picnic troverete un tagliere di formaggi e salumi, un cestino di frutta, pane fresco, ed un tiramisù. Questi saranno accompagnati dai calici di due dei vini di nostra produzione, che vi saranno introdotti e spiegati proprio come in una degustazione. Potrete poi rilassarvi nella pace dei nostri vigneti, accompagnati da buon cibo e il buon vino della Valpolicella Classica.

Prendiamo il nostro zainetto, il kit di benvenuto, allacciamo bene le scarpe e partiamo per la nostra avventura! Faremo una bella camminata prendendo uno dei sentieri più affascinanti di questa zona, superando ogni tappa con dei giochi in Inglese. Passeremo per le diverse contrade Cimbre, ammirando gli splendidi paesaggi che ci circondano e arriveremo fino al magico bosco di faggio e abete, dove faremo una pausa e un'esperienza artistica legata al territorio. Durante tutto il percorso insieme parleremo in Inglese, vi insegnerò i vocaboli principali riguardo le meraviglie che vedremo, facendo tanti giochi e imparando divertendoci in mezzo alla natura. Questa è un'esperienza di turismo responsabile e sostenibile, nel pieno rispetto di ambiente e cultura della comunità locale ospitante. E' adatta a tutti e molto divertente soprattutto per i più piccoli, che potranno sperimentare l'equilibrio perfetto tra gioco e studio in un contesto suggestivo e sicuro. L'esperienza è composta da 3 tappe; La passeggiata di andata , la pausa nel bosco con merenda e lezione e la passeggiata di ritorno. La lunghezza del percorso è di circa 6 km e la difficoltà dell'itinerario è adatta a tutti poichè si sviluppa prevalentemente su strade serrate e sentieri ben segnalati.

We'll start with a light walking in the garden of olive trees, telling the family history of our farm and estate. We'll see the old traditional secret room where we collect the oil, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar. I explain you how we make our EVO oil and how to understand the oil italian label. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our new oil and taste the difference of others italian oils (Liguria, Toscana and Puglia), learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the organic oil with bread, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our marvellous terrace on the best view over Valpolicella Classica Area.
