It is minutes away from the local supermarket, pub and coffee shops. There are walking and cycling trails on the doorstep and easy access to the Cairngorm National Park. The cottage is ideally suited to a couple. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues, or wheelchair users. It is not suitable for infants/children.

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.
