Built during prohibition, this private basement apartment has a fantastic speakeasy feel for those needing a secure isolated space. Spread out on the leather sofa in front of the 60" LCD TV with Roku. Exposed wood paneling and brick accents, little nooks and crannies, and a bottle collection transport you to the roaring twenties, while latter-day luxuries include a spa bath and electric fireplace. Prepare your own meals in the updated kitchen with full size fridge, sink and countertops. Microwave, toaster/oven, and induction hotplate (complete with pots and pans) for all your cooking needs. In what once was the hidden cellar situated beneath the main house is a private living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath all with it’s own separate entrance and courtyard. Enjoy the cozy bedroom with Queen Size Bed! AND Separate Living Room, 60” LCD TV with Cable TV, and large, comfortable sofa! • Complete kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink • Kuerig Coffee Maker, Blender, & Hot Plate • Under counter washer/dryer combo • Bar top table in the kitchette & writing desk in the living room • Sleep 2 on the Sofa and a 3rd on the fold out bed in the Living Room Guests will have exclusive access to the full basement apartment on the bottom floor of the home as well as a small (semi-private) outdoor bench area in the side yard. Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. Enjoy the mountain views from our townhouse and access all Colorado has to offer. This modern, comfortable home has new appliances and a balcony with a grill and fire pit! The home is in Midtown, 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to the Highlands, and 20 minutes to Golden - with light rail and bike path nearby. Bruz Beers and Early Bird are two local brewery/brunch favorites a block away. Midtown has two parks, with a splash pad in the summer.
