В тихом месте ,престижного района Калнгале ,всего16км от центра Риги,1км. до моря через лесопарк ,30 минут занимает дорога пешком.Cдается небольшой 2-х этажный домик,2 спальни ,баня, балкон, веранда , 4 комнаты, зона барбекю , комплекс для занятий спортом турник-брусья.Рядом река Ланга, два магазина до электрички 15-20 минут пешком по асфальтированной дороге поселка и лесополосе ведущей в сторону моря.
