To the north, the stunning skyline of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, historic Beamsley Beacon and the Dales Way walking route. Ilkley, Silsden & Addingham villages close by, or stroll along the river Wharfe to Bolton Abbey & Strid Woods.

Cosy cottage in Addingham, local pubs and amenities close at hand. Bolton Abbey within the Yorkshire Dales National Park is less than 3 miles away; as well as the neighbouring spa town of Ilkley. Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

Conveniently located only a short drive from Ilkley, Skipton and Bolton Abbey it is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Converted in 2024, the property is finished to a high standard, including hot tub, wood burner and full underfloor heating. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.
