Creek-Side Farmhouse Near Burlington, Vermont

This 200-year-old farmhouse is in in the middle of a country village, close to The Long Trail and Sugarbush and Mad River ski areas. You will wake up to the sound of birds and the brook that runs next to the house. We are midway between Burlington and Middlebury, which offer many attractions of their own such as music and cultural events, shopping, and great restaurants. Your host is on site to be sure you are comfortable with amenities including a memory foam bed and fresh ground coffee.

Johnnycake Flats is a family owned B&B, an 1800's farmhouse and former stagecoach stop. Three inviting guest rooms, each with private baths and great views. All stays include yummy, homemade breakfasts, using organic/ local ingredients. XC skiing and snow shoeing can be accessed in our adjoining field with your own equipment. Sugarbush and Mad River Glen are a 1/2 hour drive via the Roxbury Gap (snow tires and winter driving skills a must) or a 55 min drive via I-89, exit 9.

Middlebury Private Suite, walk to campus.

A pleasant walk to Middlebury town and college from this handsome 1827 Federal home which is licensed with the state. The suite has two bedrooms with one private bathroom and it’s own entrance. Each room has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with sun dried cotton sheets. The suite has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and French press. If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge.

This is a Victorian home built in 1836 and totally restored in 1991. Was operated as a B&B for over 20 years and now available for vacation rental ( entire home) starting June 1, 2023. Beatrice Suite - The Featherbed Inn & Nordic Spa

Our largest suite is on the second floor of the main building, with two bedrooms and a large sitting area. ​ Beatrice's main room welcomes you with a pencil post canopy queen bed. There is a large sitting area in the main room. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The suite is comfortable for a family or two couples. Guests are treated to a gourmet three-course breakfasts.
