This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

A 5 minute walk to the start of the village and just a couple of minutes to the start of the infamous Childrens Bay 'Rhino Walk' make this the most memorable farm stay! You'll get the place all to yourself, and it is ideally suited to a romantic getaway for your personal favourite, or even bring the kids along with 2 additional single beds available.

Located in a tranquil and secluded spot and just a 5 - 10 minute walk down to Rue Lavaud, the sea and all the delights Akaroa has to offer.
