Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

ROSTAGNI 1834 is a residence in the Langhe region that has been renovated with care and passion by Valentina and Davide. The flat has independent access, garden, private dining and relaxation area. Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.

Posizione dominante all'interno di un grande giardino circondato da vigneti e frutteti. Camera indipendente al piano superiore con alto soffitto con travi a vista e accogliente soggiorno al piano inferiore, con cucina attrezzata. Bagno con doccia al pian terreno. Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Charming Mansard Flat in Old Town

The apartment is located in a 18th century building (in the ancient Roman Quarter, the oldest heart of the city) and allows you to visit the city on foot. It is a large attic studio (40 sqm), with a double bed (160x200), a sofa bed convertible into single or double bed (160x200), an equipped kitchen wall and a large and bright bathroom also equipped with washer / dryer. Also: elevator, safety door and programmable heating.
