Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Must climb stairs. 3 minutes to North Albany Village and the Barn (Starbucks, restaurants, grocery store). 15 minutes to Corvallis and I-5. 20 min to Oregon State’s campus (approximately 9 Miles)

French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

The Albany Guest House

Beautiful, spacious, well maintained and very clean house in great newer NE Albany neighborhood. This air conditioned house sleeps 12 people (10 in beds) and has 4 all upstairs bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are as follows, 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 4 twin size beds, 2 couches. Full access to well equipped kitchen, laundry room, private back yard, Wifi, Roku. Minutes from the Linn County Expo Center and I-5. 20 minutes from Salem, 25 minutes from Corvallis.

Lincoln Block House - No Cleaning Fee

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.
