This cozy getaway is a short walk from downtown & the waterfront, making it easy to plan your visit and not have to rely on a vehicle the whole trip. It is centrally located at the heart of Kodiak near the float plane basin & harbor and has hiking trails & night life near by. Guests can enjoy water/mountain views from the property and take a quick walk just down the road to eat at our local restaurants & bars. Emerald Isle Getaway, Kodiak

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The home has three bedrooms & sleeps 8 guests with ease. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This getaway offers all the benefits of home with heat throughout, ceiling fans in each room, and black out shades in the bedrooms for those bright Alaskan nights. It is located in the heart of it all! Close enough to everything, and yet still quaint!

Kodiak Cottage by the Sea

This 2 bedroom (1 queen bed and 2 sets of extra long bunk beds) with a 1 bathroom cottage is located close to everything in our little town of Kodiak. Kitchen area with a full size fridge. Spacious pantry and a full size washer and dryer! Cozy living area and Large outside deck with seating and grill area. Fenced in yard. Free parking space. Free WiFi and Tv cable. Walking distance to downtown square that is filled with restaurants, local shops and beautiful views of the boat harbor.

The Grotto Suite-Apartment near Katmai!

This place is central to King Salmon. It is only 3 miles from the airport, with a private entry, full kitchen, bathroom, and space for 2 people (one king bed and potential for air mattress), making it easy to plan your visit whether it involves fishing, floating, flying, hunting, bear viewing, or adventuring Katmai National Park. Shared laundry on the property. Most affordable Car rentals in town available for our guests on Turo (black 2018 highlander SUV and 2020 white Ford F150)

3-Bedroom 3-Bath Residential home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes away from local grocery store and Walmart but still located in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms. Newly installed floors, freshly painted walls and much more! Visitors have access to Wi-Fi, laundry, outdoor fire pit, fenced in back yard, plenty of parking, movie projector and a pool table. *Hot tub in the pictures is not included. *For military personal PCSing, we are TLA friendly.
