The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Location in quiet, safe, centralized community close to mall, restaurants and I49 interstate. Each room has a television and chest of drawers for extended stays. Spacious, fenced in backyard for family fun. Covered parking in open garage attached to house. Access for entry through keypad set with combination. Small pets allowed inside; larger pets outside in fenced in yard. Larger pets can be brought in with kennels.

Come stay with us and enjoy a stylish experience in an amazing Charles Park neighborhood. Our home was recently remodeled with new flooring throughout, new paint, all new appliances and a new custom tiled shower. Furniture and decor picked out and arranged by a local designer and everything inside the home is new as of 2023! Flooring, paint, tile, and every piece of furniture and decor… all brand new!
