Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Brygghuset ligger precis i skogsbrynet avskiljt från trafik och insyn. 5 min bort ligger samhället Sollebrunn som erbjuder välsorterad mataffär, några restauranger samt lite andra affärer. 5 min bort ligger Gräfsnäs slottspark med historiska anor och fin restaurang samt badsjö. Stugan ligger i anslutning till Retrovägen som har stort utbud av besöksmål.

Welcome to this cozy 30 sqm boathouse with a stunning view over Lake Aspen – perfect for nature lovers looking for peace and relaxation. The cottage sits right by the water and features a small kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping loft. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Det finns möjlighet att hyra spabad för en extra kostnad. På gården driver vi även en restaurang med olika evenemang under sommaren. Lugnt och avskilt läge på Haragården i Alboga, ni bor på gården med djur runt om. Vi som bor på gården har hundar och katt. Brygghuset är tillbyggt med modern standard med den gamla känslan bevarad. Nedervåning: Fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med soffa och fåtöljer och smart-tv, toalett o dusch. Övervåning: Sovrum med dubbelsäng Wifi finns. Dammen går att bada i och bredvid ligger den vedeldad bastu, utemöbler och grill.

Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.
