Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 bath house tucked away in the bluffs just under 5 minutes drive to the Mississippi River and 1 mile from Village Creek. Enjoy the open floor plan, equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, and large master with queen bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 with twin-over-full size bunk bed and additional twin bed. Bedroom 3 has double/full size bed. Double/full size futon in the living room. Pack-n-play available. Bedding is NOT provided. 2 pillows provided per bed.

Take a 5 minute drive to Yellow River State Forest, and enjoy close access to other public hunting and fishing areas, Effigy Mounds, Pike's Peak, and the Mississippi River.

This house sits right across the road from the Mississippi River and is waiting to welcome you home to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. A private boat dock is included and is just a few hundred feet away. The public boat ramp is just a few minutes up the road. A fish cleaning station is located on the back of the house. The location is perfect just north of Prairie Du Chien along highway 35 in the Gordons Bay park. State inspected and licensed!
