Rushford Lake Retreat - Fireplace - Sleeps 8

For a perfect lakefront getaway, look no further than our home away from home on Rushford Lake. Featuring a private dock for fishing and swimming, kayak/canoe, large back yard & spacious upper deck to sit and watch the sunset. NOTE: Rushford Lake is drawn down approx. 40 ft. each fall/winter. Beginning the first week of October through early May (maybe earlier), the water is down (no swimming, boating, etc.) However, fall is a beautiful time on the lake & we've even seen folks out ice fishing!

Woolly Star Farm Getaway

This is the perfect spacious and serene getaway for any time of the year. Located in the country but only 3 miles to Alfred, NY; 16 miles to Hornell, NY; and 12 miles to Wellsville, NY. This getaway features a large living room, kitchen, and dining area; a designated work area; laundry area; two exercise bikes; three bedrooms; three bathrooms; a large outdoor area with a sauna; dining area; fireplace; and pizza oven. There is also a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.

Perfect get-away for a winter weekend! You’ll have plenty to enjoy in this charming setting just 5 miles from Alfred, 4 miles from Hornell and 40 mins. to the Finger Lakes and Wine Trail. Originally a barn and remodeled decades ago, we recently updated it to reflect its history as a farm and keep its charm. On the first floor is living/dining space, a kitchen and a large bedroom. On the second floor is a large open loft with twin beds, large TV and a workspace (desk/chair).

Indian Lodge on Rushford Lake

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

UPDATES for 2025: You and your pups can enjoy the fenced in side and back yard! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bring your pup(s) (up to 2) and enjoy everything Wellsville has to offer! Private main bedroom with queen bed and desk, 2nd bedroom loft-style room with queen bed. You’ll get to enjoy the wildlife from the windows and are likely to enjoy deer in the field in front of and behind the house.
