Joe's Cozy Loft is now under new management! Expect the same great accommodations and amenities as before but with seamless and Superhost service. Cozy up in this spacious, newly renovated downtown historic building! Our king suite offers a king bed with a luxurious bathroom! HUGE walk-in shower with double vanities! We take pride in keeping our spaces extremely clean and our guests appreciate that! Step out the front door and all of our great shops and restaurants will be just a few steps away. Whether you are coming to stargaze at cherry springs or hike the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, this is a great place to start your adventure!

The Church Loft

Welcome to Ridgway! This 1 bed/1 bath loft style apartment sits inside of what was once the area's first Free Methodist church - it’s certainly not what you’ll expect to see inside. You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.

Sewickley Village

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

Liberty Studio Loft

Lovely 1250 square foot second-floor two bedroom loft in Lovely downtown Warren, PA. The living space furnished with mid-century furniture made locally in Jamestown, NY has high ceilings and large windows around the main rooms. Comfortable and fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, High-Speed Internet/wifi, living and dining area, desk, and large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. Nice fully equipped galley kitchen and full bathroom with tub and shower.

Old School Loft

Located in the Mahoning Commons neighborhood, a growing artist and theater district. The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts. We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, nestled away, it is the perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.

Industrial Loft 5 min to UPMC Shadyside CMU Pitt,

Come and relax in our new location! This historic warehouse was converted into apartments but still holds its original architectural features! Enjoy the industrial modern aesthetic with 15-foot-high ceilings, brick walls, original concrete floors, and atrium skylights with natural light. Beautiful 1700 sq ft loft apartment. Located in historic north side. Minutes from both the stadiums, night life, casino, and museums! Best suited for 2 but can accommodate 4. Hard wood floors. Exposed brick. Huge state of the art kitchen. Beautifully executed bathroom with a walk in shower and massive soaking tub. If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.

Carnegie is conveniently located 10min to downtown, pnc park, acrisure stadium, ppg paints arena, 25min to the pavilion at starlake & 20min to the airport. The apartment is loaded with comfy furnishings, kitchen basics, keurig, private parking, smart lock, wifi and streaming services. We have ring cameras on the front porch and facing the parking lot off the back deck.
