Mountainbrooks Ranch Boulder Cabin is one of 2 cabins (also see Mountainbrooks Aspen Cabin) on our family guest ranch located on 9 acres with trees, meadows, streams, and wildlife—just 12 miles south of Estes Park, Colorado, on Highway 7 near Rocky Mountain National Park. Permission required for pets. This modest, rustic, and quirky cabin is great for a quiet mountain getaway or a family vacation. We also have free WiFi, free USA long distance phone service, and a TV with Chromecast streaming.

River/Mountain Getaway-Private, Large,In-Law Suite

Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door.

No electricity/no running H20. Well water provided. Portable outhouse. Cots/air mattress available. 2 pairs of snowshoes provided.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
