Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a snug and cosy retreat with King sized bed, log burner and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the patio and the private fire pit area.

The Gardner’s Shed is self-contained with access through our well kept garden. Built in 1878, our traditional Lakeland cottage has 2 private parking spaces and is situated in the heart of Windermere, one minute's walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs. It is a well appointed country style cottage offering space and great features. It has a private patio with dining furniture at the rear. The sitting room, kitchen & dining room are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly installed bathrooms are on the 1st floor and the utility room is located in the basement.

Centrally located in the popular village of Bowness on Windermere, Courtyard Cottage offers a distinctive home just a 5-minute stroll away from beautiful Lake Windermere and nearby Woodland Walks. Bowness has a lively café culture, a wide selection of restaurants, bars, independent small shops and an Art Deco cinema. Take a scenic boat trip to Waterhead, Ambleside, Lakeside or hire a rowing boat or electric motorboat. An open top bus trip offers another great way to explore the area.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and enjoy lovely views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

The Beehive, Springfield House, Grasmere

Resting in the picturesque village of Grasmere is this 1 bed basement apartment in Springfield House. The surrounding fells and nearby lakes make this an ideal base for discovering the beauty of the Lake District National Park. It's a basement flat - but don't let that put you off!
