In dieser Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang kann man sich rundum wohl fühlen. Alle Böden sind aus Naturholz, die Wände aus Lehmziegel, die Raumatmosphäre sehr angenehm. Auf dem Südwestbalkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über das wild-gepflegte Grundstück, den Wald und das Damwildgehege des Nachbarn. Der Außenbereich und Sauna (kostenpf.) stehen zur Benutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt nur 4 km vom historischen Stadtkern Bad Münstereifel entfernt. Entspannung -Sport - Natur - Einkaufen

Mon logement est proche d'activités adaptées aux familles (Coo, Plopsacoo) et du centre ville de Stavelot. Des promenades (à pied ou en vélo) sont accessibles facilement ainsi que le circuit de Spa-francorchamps. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour les gens, l'ambiance, les espaces extérieurs, le quartier et la luminosité. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles avec enfants (possibilité d'ajouter un lit pliant et/ou un lit bébé).

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Vue agréable de la terrasse, accès privatif, parking privé Gratuit pour 3/4 véhicules. Un endroit calme, silencieux la nuit, la nature à portée de vues tout autour, une Boulangerie " Rechter Backstube" 10 minutes en voiture, une supérette, un marchand de vin, accès rapide à la ville de Malmedy.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Das Chalet mit einzigartigem Panorama Blick von jeder Etage befindet sich direkt am Wald- und Feldrand in der wunderschönen Vulkaneifel, nahe des Kronenburger Sees. Es liegt am Rande einer kleinen idyllischen Ferienhaussiedlung. Mit viel Liebe wurde das Haus komplett saniert und neu gestaltet. Umgeben von vielen Wanderwegen und wunderschöner Natur, bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage um die Schönheit der Eifel mit ihren zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
