A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

Located in the heart of Eagle River this Alaskan condo is perfectly balanced between close hiking trails, the city, and the valley. With a comfortable private master bedroom, private bath and 2 additional rooms, with guest bath, open concept kitchen/dining/living spaces, plus a 100sq deck, the Condo is sure to please.

Alaskan Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Maggie's suite at Elephants on 11th is a one bedroom, one bath apartment on the lower level within a 1940s era duplex one block from the Park Strip in Anchorage. This charming space was upgraded within the last five years and includes a compact bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and sitting area with sleeper sofa and kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Walking distance to parks, trails and all downtown Anchorage offers.

The Crabby Apple

All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Total: 1 queen bed and 4 twin bed/mattress on floor (5). Home is located on a busy road.

Sockeye Red Salmon Suite

Great place for Alaskans to stay while in town Christmas shopping. My place is in Downtown Anchorage with views of inlet; restaurants, art galleries 1-2 blocks; it is newly constructed and near walking trails. It is a good landing spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is 1 of 2 of the main floor of a 4 unit building.
