We are finishing a fulfilling remodel of our huge basement apartment with private entrance, laundry, kitchen, and full bathroom. We are family friendly and love to learn about guests, especially for a chance to habla español. The location's ideal! As well as the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, the Anchorage Museum of Art, a small grocery store, fresh fish market and more!

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is Plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear. Or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room down stairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
