Asterope Traditional House of Symi-Katoi

The Asterope House of Symi is a traditional, stone built spacious family house, clinging on the foot of a hillside, just 40 steps above the sea level. Offering breathtaking views of the superb natural harbour of Symi and the island beyond from its verandas and windows, the house seems “floating” over the Aegean Sea. Accommodating up to 4 persons, it provides the perfect setting for families and small groups of people to enjoy the island’s unique beauty and sense of time-forgotten mystery.

House is located in the center of Niborios bay and provides private swimming area. Veranda and bedrooms are orientated to the sunrise provides the views of the stunning, peaceful surroundings far from the city noices. Ideally for people who appreciate the tranquility and the magical waking up with the sound and sight of the sea through the windows. A perfect place for relaxation and swimming. We will meet you in the harbour upon arrival and drive you to the house.

Hanni house (from han turkish word « inn ») is unique via its long Ottoman cultural story leading to various vaults, nooks&corners overlooking high trees, blossoming plumbago&bougainvillea. Charm of the past isn't spoilt by modern technology&comfort, bathroom&air condition in each room (even kitchen) &wifi. Close to shops/grocery/bakery/butcher, you are both close to village & in peace. Symi offers great choices of restaurants/bars&priceless beaches we'll share.

"Klimataria" Τraditional Ηouse with Panoramic View

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Το πέτρινο είναι ένα οίκημα της Σύμης το οποίο συνδυάζει την καλαισθησία με την παράδοση εφόσον διαθέτει την παλιά ' μουσάντρα- κρεβάτι' στην οποία οι κάτοικοι της Σύμης συνήθιζαν να φιλοξενούν αγαπημένα τους πρόσωπα!Το οίκημα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού στην περιοχή κάμπος δίπλα στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Ελευθερίου με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς το Γιαλό - Λιμάνι και άλλους όμορφους προορισμούς του νησιού!

Dépaysement et quiétude dans cette confortable maison traditionnelle intégralement restaurée, située au coeur du pittoresque village de Chorio. Facile d'accès et parking à proximité. La plage la plus proche se trouve à 1,2 km de la maison et est desservie par des petits bus, comme tous les lieux de l'ile. Il vous sera aisé d'accéder aux autres plages par bateaux navettes.

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.

Petridi House

Location...location...location! This is a tradotional house right at the sea-side, traditionally furnished with unique character. Stunning sunrise, peacefull evenings and a clean, calm, deep blue sea right infront of the house.
