However, we are at your disposal to meet with your needs if possible. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Το πέτρινο είναι ένα οίκημα της Σύμης το οποίο συνδυάζει την καλαισθησία με την παράδοση εφόσον διαθέτει την παλιά ' μουσάντρα- κρεβάτι' στην οποία οι κάτοικοι της Σύμης συνήθιζαν να φιλοξενούν αγαπημένα τους πρόσωπα!Το οίκημα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού στην περιοχή κάμπος δίπλα στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Ελευθερίου με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς το Γιαλό - Λιμάνι και άλλους όμορφους προορισμούς του νησιού!

La plage la plus proche se trouve à 1,2 km de la maison et est desservie par des petits bus, comme tous les lieux de l'ile. Il vous sera aisé d'accéder aux autres plages par bateaux navettes.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
