Basement apartment with private entrance, detached from main living area. Offers 650 sf with a kitchenette, fridge, washer/dryer, and private bath w/ shower, all within a gated neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Dardanelle, fishing, hiking and Monument mountain biking trails at Mt. Nebo. Only a 5-mile drive to ANO. Great for outage workers. One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.

The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Enjoy a king bed, queen bed, 70-inch TV, fast WiFi, private patio, fire pit, coffee, snacks, and free parking. We live upstairs, but the entire lower level is private for guests.
