This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Our family lives on the upper floor, and we're offering the entire 2 bed & 1 bath suite with kitchen and living room downstairs. Newly renovated w/ all new furnishings and appliances. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
