This is an open plan, modern end unit across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Walk to Georgetown - Glover Park Guest Suite

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.

Three wonderful, large windows flood the room with sunlight to visually enlarge the space. The built-in bookcases feature a curated library. The fresh all white bathroom is complete with a stand up shower.

Great location near Washington DC with bus stop nearby for Metro and Arlington Regional Transit (ART) buses that will take you to five metro train stations. My condo is comfortable, safe, and cozy!
