The suite private entrance opens onto the back garden at our rowhouse in Burleith, a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. It is 3.5 blocks from Safeway, Starbucks, shops, restaurants; a 10-minute walk to M Street; 15-minute to Dupont; and a short cab ride to downtown. Small Pets Welcomed!

Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
