Located on a quiet residential street, the private 2 bed/2 bath flat is the perfect pied-à-terre from which you can explore The District. No detail has been overlooked inside the apartment, and when you step outside you are a few blocks from the world class dining and boutique shopping of Georgetown, or a 15 minute walk to the center of Dupont Circle.

This pravite and spacious 1,600 sf basement apartment features a separate entrance, dedicated free parking, and inviting outdoor living areas. It offers a cozy retreat that feels like your own. Historic basement apartment where “Take Me Home, Country Roads” was written by John Denver. It has the same 1970s charm (no marble/stainless steel). It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room, big kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
