Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

Our fully licensed place is located in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Village. Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.

On this property is our little farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room. Our 1.5 acres boasts lovely landscaping with a grassy area and many nooks which are perfect for relaxing, reading or picnicking. Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
