Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

We've incorporated aspects of a tiny house such as a sleeping loft but with the spacious feel of converted Artist studio; example taller ceilings, spacious bathroom. Our house is located on a beautiful, well-maintained street in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and works perfectly as a home base for exploring popular Denver/Golden/Boulder/Front-Range/mountain destinations. You will feel safe, comfortable and close to it all. Our home is located on a hill behind the popular Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, with views of the city and mountains surrounding our house.

Welcome to Chuck and Nancy's near Olde Town Arvada! Access to the huge basement suite is through a private entrance and the entire space is yours. We are less than 3 miles from Olde Town, 13 miles from downtown, 2 miles from the new light rail station, 13 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 11 miles to Mile High Stadium, 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles to great hiking at N Table Mtn in Golden. Our welcome book has recommendations for restaurants, breweries and hiking trails in the area.

Private, adorable studio! Walkable to Olde Town!

The Sky Studio is a unique, light and airy studio. It is decorated beautifully with artwork depicting things found in the SKY! It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a full-sized shower. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Enjoy your privacy in our sanitized 1500 sq. ft. lower level suite. Families, couples and biz-travelers will enjoy this smoke-free and pet-free space. Outdoor seating for morning coffee and backyard amenities. 3-minute walk to a network of nature trails, and a quick drive to restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities (Walnut Creek, Promenade, City Park, Westin, Butterfly Pavillion). We are a quick 25 minute drive to Boulder and Denver. We have a puppy you may hear occasionally.

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Relax & rejuvenate in your own private basement guest suite w/separate entrance. Catch up on your favorite tv shows or unwind with some games/books. Make some fresh coffee or hot tea in the morning before venturing out to explore. Centrally located, minutes from Olde Town Arvada or route I-70 to head up to the mountains, 20 minutes from Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and 30 minutes to beautiful Boulder. We do have an upstairs roommate, a shepherd mix puppy named Kiwi.

Enjoy this stylish guesthouse with a private entrance close to Olde Town Arvada! Spacious studio with king bed, futon sofa, kitchen with cooktop, smart TV, and full bathroom. Easy access to I-70 to get to downtown Denver and the mountains. A 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Olde Town Arvada with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The guesthouse is a separate building behind our main house. It is attached to our garage.
