Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

Welcome to the 100 acre wood! We invite you to our guest suite on the lower level of our home. You will have dedicated parking, your own private entrance, and access to hiking trails. High Speed Fiber optic internet makes connection a breeze. Catalina Hot Tub placed perfectly to face the view. We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. This magical acreage is perched at 2,951 ft elevation and faces South for warm sun exposure.

Our neighborhood is quiet, yet accessible— right on the Blue Ridge Parkway and less than 10 minutes to downtown for dining, drinks, and shopping. In the room you’ll find a hand painted mural, queen bed, full bath, kitchen + stocked coffee bar. Perfect for solo travelers looking for a safe place to land or couples who need a place to rest after a full day. Look out for 🐻 sightings in our yard!

Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.
