This unique and historic arts & crafts home has been beautifully restored and is located on a .407 acre corner lot which allows for plenty of outdoor activities and fun for the whole family. This home has a cozy feel with a fully functioning kitchen, including all cookware, spices, pantry staples and appliances such as a microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot. Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
