A gorgeous Hamptons beach house situated in a quiet, peaceful street, with a relaxed beachy vibe., Chill on the huge, elevated deck with BBQ and covered alfresco dining. Three minutes drive to Terrigal Beach which has great restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, bars and live music. A fifteen minute walk along the lakeside to North Avoca beach and from there you can stroll south along the beach to Avoca where there are restaurants, cafes, an old school cinema and great hiking tracks

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Hosting up to 2 people with expansive verandahs looking over sub tropical gardens , is a unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty . This property is on a steep slope and there are steps. It's not suitable for infants or children.
