If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! Grill up a cookout in the cottage's backyard or enjoy a meal at the Avonia Tavern, steps away. Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring nature, or savoring local cuisine, this cozy retreat ensures a memorable Erie experience. Primary guest must be 21 or older, unless accompanied by adult.

One bedroom Second floor of duplex rental unit. Private country setting large yard fire pit (you supply your own wood). 2 Hammock chair swings in the back yard 300 yd walk to Elk Creek fishing, several local wineries in the area. Mall and shopping area within 15 minutes. Restaurants and grocery stores local, Bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

Cozy little apartment tucked away in Millcreek just a couple minutes from the airport. There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower. The kitchenette has a hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator as well as basic cookware, dining set and silverware. The apartment opens to a nice backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Enjoy beautiful Sunsets! This house is located on a private road, with a view of the lake, very peaceful, short drive to the beaches 20 minutes from Waldameer Park. Lake Lands Restaurant is just up the road, there is a park about a mile west, which has swings, pavilion, view of the lake, great fishing close by, a soft serve ice cream shop. Home is a Ranch Style with a cottage setting, attached garage, living room, family room, kitchen with dining area.

Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Take a short stroll to visit the farm goats, chickens, cats, donkeys, and horses! The cottage is in a duplex with a private driveway and entrance. Bedrooms feature one king, one queen, and one twin bed. First floor bath. Shared patio. Hosts live on the property.
