The apartment is located in a renovated historic building, built in 1887. There are two parks next to the building. Apartment is freshly refurbished and is located on the second floor. Neighborhood is called quiet center surrounded by the Art Nouveau architecture, diplomatic area of embassies, restaurants and cafes. Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). Only 10 minutes from Riga (Krogsils, Ķekava) and you are already in a peaceful rest house with sauna and hot tub. There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals.
