Outdoor shower, parking is steps from the back door. 1.3 Miles walk on the sand to the Cocoa Beach Pier. 1.7 miles to Port Canaveral.

The building is located on a quiet dead end street (the end is the Ocean). Open parking on the property and a few of the parking spaces are set up for those with toys.
