Villa Relax Pula

Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. U prizemlju objekta smješten je prostrani dnevni dio sa kuhinjom i blagavaonicom modernih linija izlazom na veliku terasu 100 m kvadratnih na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i pavilion.Također se na prizemlju nalazi i welness iz kojeg se preko velikih staklenih stijena pruža pogled na bazen , terase i zelenilo.Bazen je veličine 48 m kvadratnih od toga dio je za djecu dubine 0.5 m i za odrasle dubine 1.5 m kvadratnih te posjeduje hidromasažu. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
