Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

This is 8 years being ARBNB hosts in our home. Guests, one party up to 6, share the second floor that is private, simple and elegant with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Also private parking & own porch entry that is furnished with bamboo shades, table,couch, chairs, ceiling fan, and fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Fire pit & access to gardens.
