There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Nestled in a 17th-century building, Talici Hill – Rustic Villas consists of 5.000m2 private grounds, a 400m2 Superior villa with 7 bedrooms sleeping 16-18 guests, a heated infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and pool cabanas, an event room, BBQ facilities with a dining table, a lounge area, firepit, wooden swings, family-friendly areas, underfloor heating, etc. Villa is rented as a whole unit or as separate rooms.
