If you’re looking for a bright, spacious setting for your summer getaway, look no further. With 4 bedrooms, a large finished basement, multiple comfy lounging areas, expandable dining tables inside & out, and a massive backyard, our home is perfect for family gatherings or friend trips. Hit the nearby beach then rinse off in our outdoor shower followed by cocktails on the patio, lawn games, grilling, and s’mores in the fire pit all in our enormous backyard. Great dining right down the street.

This one-of-a-kind, spacious stand-alone home has been lovingly restored while maintaining much of its original Cape Cod charm. Located on a quiet West End street, the house is a 5-10 minute walk/ride to Ptown's beaches, restaurants, bars and galleries. Parking for one car included. Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.
