We've got a great location, overlooking Oak Bluffs harbor, a 9-minute walk to downtown OB & a quick stroll to Oak Bluffs Town Beach (.3 mile). Filled with art and feng shui, our beautifully appointed home is tucked amidst vegetable gardens and flower patches. Outside you'll enjoy nature walks and beaches. Afterwards, you'll retire to a cozy bedroom, private bathroom, and leisure room with skylights, TV, and sofa to relax in. For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. If you like basking on a deck or chilling on a porch, then this is where you'll want to call home.

North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind B&B with it's ocean views, semi private beach access and sunrises. Tina's Culdesac B&B Sleeps 4 w/ Breakfast

Our Bed and Breakfast is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, well maintain, and within walking distance of local beaches, the fish pier and downtown Chatham where you can dine and shop. The Innkeepers will serve you a continental breakfast each morning. We will clean your room while you are out and about each day. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.

Our home is a short drive to historic downtown Plymouth and centrally located between Cape Cod, Boston, Providence and Newport RI. It's a country setting that still allows easy access to the best local beaches, historic points of interest, and a variety of activities with easy access to highways. Welcome to the Double B! Please note our check-in time is between 4-6 pm. This is very important as we are a busy ranch and retire early. We have 2 rooms (see B&B at the Double B Ranch ll for 2nd room) . The 9 acre ranch is located in a quiet, private section of Chiltonville, Plymouth. Please note, breakfast is not included. We can provide tea or coffee if desired.
