River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

Bahnhof SBB, Badischer Bahnhof und Flughafen mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Diese Wohnung, 3.5 Zimmer mit 120m2, verfügt über ein grosses Boxspringbett für 2 Personen und ein kleines Einzelbett. Gleichzeitig bietet ein grosses Schlafsofa Platz für zwei weitere Personen. ACHTUNG: da ganz neu auf Airbnb ist noch kein Geschirr und Internet vorhanden.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for max 4 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.

Lage: Im schönen Dorfkern von Muttenz, aus Basel gut zu erreichen mit Bahn, Tram, Bus. Für ART BASEL Besucher und Aussteller prima geeignet. Gratis Parkplatz!
