Vallecito Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Strawbale Cottage

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

This expansive guest suite sits high above Bayfield Valley at 8291 ft. elevation. A 600+ sq. ft. basement suite with floor-to-ceiling windows can very comfortably host 2-4 people. It has great outdoor space. This mountain getaway is 9.5 miles from Bayfield and 23 miles from Durango. Quiet and peaceful you will be on the edge of the San Juan National Forest at the end of the maintained road of the Forest Lakes subdivision. Footsteps from miles of hiking and biking trails!

The Bungalow on Mill St.

Peaceful and centrally-located place in the Heart of Olde Bayfield. Restaurants, Dog friendly Parks, are near by. This Bungalow is Dog Friendly as well except we ask that you don' allow your pets on the furniture and use the clean up station for your pet in the courtyard. Parking is available in the driveway or you can park curbside if preferred . Fishing paradise all around the Valley such as Lake Vallecito. Enjoy your stay!

Guest suite close to Airport and National Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the little town of Bayfield, CO and close to all the activities that Southwest Colorado has to offer. This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!
