We have a great location - walking distance to trails, the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a private entrance to an upstairs suite with your own kitchen, bathroom,and terrace.

- Vortex Yoga Hiking In Sedona is a fun and compelling experience which splits the difference evenly between yoga time and hiking time upon the majestic red rocks and vortex's of Sedona. The type of yoga allows for both beginners and advanced to feel like they fit in just right. The hiking portion is mild to moderate. Depending on the location we average 1 1/4 mile each way, give or take a 1/4 mile, 20 to 40 minutes each way. Hiking route duration requests can be taken and possibly granted depending on location availability Start times depended on the weather climate. Sunrise or Sunset during the Summer and the warmest window of the day during the Winter. Unless it's one big private group, we do a 6 person maximum. Time goes by rather quickly once you get out there and a portion of the time goes into taking it all in, observing the scenery and plant life, taking photos, chatting, stopping to engage with a meditation, visualization or breathing exercise (perhaps working with crystal or essential oils) We may even learn how to de-materialize here then re-materialize somewhere else and create miracles (just the normal things) Other things to note We can accommodate groups over 6. - Visitors to Harmony Acres Farm will enjoy hands-on petting interactions with a variety of friendly farm animals in a peaceful natural setting that abounds with wildlife and wonderful mountain views. The sounds of calming wind chimes mingle with the crowing and clucking of our free-ranging chickens. One-by-one guests will be introduced to the farm’s colorful and rare breed horses, sweet miniature horse, friendly miniature goats, miniature pigs, handsome horned ram and woolly sheep. While learning about each of the rare breeds that calls Harmony Acres home, you can pet and feed treats to all of the animals and enjoy their playful antics up close. Our elegant flock of chickens will usually come running for a guest-fed treat. Each tour winds up with some time for a period of guest self-directed time with your favorite animal. Petting tours are conducted socially distanced and all outdoors. We are handicapped accessible. Plenty of shade is available for you in our covered stable area and a shaded veranda at the house. - You will begin your 1 hour tour with introduction of our security team Max and Cisco our Livestock guard dogs, you will see our pregnant alpaca dorm, then the maternity and nursery. We will then head down to our mom's and baby girls, next our show girl pens. We will then move on to our mom's and baby boys and then down to our Herdsires. At each location we will educate and answer question on alpacas. - We will meet at my home in West Sedona, where the group will spend a few moments getting to know one another over coffee or tea. During this time, if you have any specific health goals regarding plant medicine, we will decide on the best approach for the day's medicine making. Along the way, you will learn about the trees and plants of the area. One of my favorite topics is the medicine and mythology of trees, evidenced in cultures and native medicines from around the world - unsung healing superheros; both the heart and backbone of the Wood Wide Web :) we utilize roots, barks, needles, fruits/berries and flowers in our medicine making. As we learn about the medicinal trees, plants and herbs, we will be working with the ingredients you’ve just learned about, which I have gathered and made ready. You will learn how to make a salve out of herb infused oil and beeswax, and you will make a jar of your own Sedona medicine to take home with you. Supplies are ethically and sustainably wild harvested, and/or sources from certified organic growers. All supplies are provided for you. Other things to note Any allergies need to be disclosed.
